Shanny May Ruiz is an undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida (UCF), currently pursuing her B.S in Computer Engineering. She plans to continue her academic journey through UCF’s accelerated Master’s program in Computer Engineering. As a Lab Co-Op at UCF’s College of Engineering and Computer Science laboratories she assists with equipment maintenance and PCB prototyping while developing technical proficiency. Her academic and research interest include embedded systems and the applications of robotics in advancing technology.
Outside of academics, Shanny enjoys exploring local cafes and journaling to reflect and strengthen her mindset.
