DRACO Design of Resilient Architectures for Computing

Alexei Solonari is a fourth-year undergraduate student in Computer Engineering on the Comprehensive track. He has a strong interest in low-level systems and embedded programming, with prior research experience in improving configuration-based Linux kernel testing. Alexei joined the lab to deepen his experience with embedded systems and currently contributes to the lab’s CHIRP project, focusing on decentralized IoT communication and real-time firmware development on the ESP32. Outside of academic work, he enjoys spending time with friends, collecting music, and exploring older consumer technology.
