Ryan Eng is an undergraduate Computer Engineering student set to graduate in the Spring of 2027. Ryan joined the DRACO lab as part of the AMD/UCF Undergraduate Fellowship program in December of 2025 and is interested in research revolving around RTL design and verification. His experience includes working as an ASIC Development Intern at Lockheed Martin for 16 months, where he performed verification on mixed-signal SystemVerilog designs and developed multiple Python tools for workflow automation. Ryan also has significant experience in hardware design, having been the Electronics Director for Knights Experimental Rocketry (KXR) where he oversaw the design of different electronics systems and having been a lead on the KXR ground support backend team where he worked on RTL design for a ZYNQ 7020.
